I would have thought it was possible. Have it rotating counter clockwise and engineer each of the 4 "blades" to have similar aerodynamics to a "flying wing" type plane. Can’t see it being too much of a problem. The catch would be that it wouldn’t look anything like a Swastika once the blades got in motion… Some serious thought would have to be put into working out how to pull off that optical illusion…
